Individual Counselling

Life can throw a lot your way, and sometimes it helps to have a safe space to figure things out. Whether you’re dealing with challenges, reflecting on past experiences, or just need some clarity, individual counselling can help you work through it. I take an eclectic approach, drawing from various counselling methods to tailor each session to your needs and goals. This means I adapt my techniques to what works best for you—whether that’s cognitive-behavioral strategies, emotion-focused work, mindfulness, or other therapeutic approaches. My goal is to create a collaborative and flexible space where you feel supported and develop tools that feel right for you. I specialize in working with adolescents, families, and neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism and ADHD.
Family & Parent Consulting

Family dynamics can be complex, and having the right support can make all the difference. I work with parents and families to navigate challenges such as communication struggles, life transitions, and behavioural concerns. Whether working to strengthen relationships, set healthy boundaries, or support emotional regulation, my goal is to create a structured yet compassionate space where families can build connection and develop practical tools for a more balanced and supportive home environment.
Educational Planning & Support for Youth

Learning is not one-size-fits-all, and I recognize that every student has unique strengths and challenges. I provide personalized support to help youth develop executive functioning skills, build motivation, and gain confidence in their learning. Whether it's improving organization, managing stress, or finding effective study strategies, I work alongside students to create approaches that make sense for them. I also collaborate with schools, home teams, and caregivers to ensure students receive the support they need in and out of the classroom.
Group Programs & Workshops

I offer social groups for youth that focus on building confidence, self-regulation, and meaningful peer connections in a structured yet relaxed environment. These groups provide a safe space for neurodivergent youth to practice social skills, emotional regulation, and problem-solving through interactive activities that feel natural and enjoyable. Each group is designed to be low-pressure and strength-based, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable while developing skills that support their personal and social growth.
