Whether you’re dealing with challenges, reflecting on past experiences, or just need some clarity, individual counselling can help you work through it. I take an eclectic approach, drawing from various counselling methods to tailor each session to your needs and goals. This means I adapt my techniques to what works best for you—whether that’s cognitive-behavioral strategies, emotion-focused work, mindfulness, or other therapeutic approaches. My goal is to create a collaborative and flexible space where you feel supported and develop tools that feel right for you. I specialize in working with adolescents, families, and neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism and ADHD.
